Our hangers are individullay made and can take up to 3 weeks to arrive so please allow plenty of time when ordering. Should you require a quicker service, please email with your earlier date upon ordering.
What if my hanger arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care when packaging our hangers and ensuring the details are correct. Should you experience any problems you will need to email us within 3 working days of receiving the goods along with pictures of any damages or mistakes to email@example.com. Our team will then investigate the matter further offering a replacement or refund where necessary.
Can I get a refund or exchange if I don't like them?
We are very confident that you will love your new personalised hanger(s) however should this not be the case we cannot accept any exchanges or complete any refunds as they are bespoke to your wedding.
